Thomas J. Kasper graduated cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 1990 and from John Marshall Law School of Chicago in 1993.

Mr. Kasper was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1993 and the State of New Mexico in 1998. Mr. Kasper joined Gitlin & Kasper in January 2001.

At Gitlin & Kasper Mr. Kasper represents clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including business valuation, visitation, child custody and orders of protection.  Mr. Kasper's knowledge of real estate law, mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy allows him to advise clients with complex property issues.
